Telehealth services
The site supports access to independent licensed providers. Use of the site does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment outcome.
Payments and renewals
One monthly price, with shipping included, is displayed before payment. If care is not approved, you are not charged and nothing ships. No payment is collected on this page. If a licensed provider approves treatment, we'll email a secure payment link for the plan shown. Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill from your account or by emailing support.
Returns
Shipped medication can't be returned. If a package is damaged or lost, contact support.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
